Pilsen Neon Neighborhood Postcard
Pilsen is home to a large portion of Chicago's Mexican community. The manhole covers in the neighborhood are modeled after the Aztec Sun Stone, a twelve foot wide carved monolith thought to depict the ages of Aztec history. A neighborhood this culturally rich draws Chicagoans from all over the city. Filled with locally owned businesses, museums, restaurants, and nightlife, it's no wonder why this neighborhood is such a city favorite.
