Boystown Neighborhood Magnet
Located along Halsted street in Lakeview, Boystown was the first officially recognized gay village in the United States. The section of Halsted running through the neighborhood is lined with Rainbow pillars that lead pedestrians along the Legacy Walk, an educational installation celebrating LGBT contributions to society and culture.
